CRT Broadcast Hero

A late-night broadcast hero built on the crt-screen component: a tube television whose picture is a live WebGL CRT shader with barrel distortion, scanlines, an aperture grille, a rolling hum bar and static, plus a channel-switch glitch every few seconds, or on click, that tunes from the headline card to color bars and an amber slate. The set stands centered at the top, sized to fit one screen, with a short intro, a primary Arrow Pill and an underline link centered below it. The heading stays in the DOM for screen readers, and every picture setting passes through the screen prop.
