A presentation-only, fully-controlled @-mention suggestion popup: the app owns the editable field and text insertion while the component renders an accessible, keyboard-navigable listbox of people/teams and drives selection, keeping DOM focus in the app's input via the ARIA combobox + aria-activedescendant pattern.
