A full-width section divider printed as a PETSCII / C64 reverse-video VU meter band: every cell has exactly two states, paper or ink, never a density ramp, driven by a real 300ms-integrated amplitude envelope with a fast-attack/slow-decay peak-hold column and an AGC ceiling that keeps the meter legible at any input level.
