An ambient processing-section background modelled on a dressed millstone pair: a static bedstone furrow layer under a slowly rotating runner layer, their crossing sweeping a drifting moiré band around the stone, while grain particles spiral outward from the eye, shrinking as they grind finer, and disperse into fading meal dust at the rim.
